Lindsey helped us determine what our son needed for calories during his workouts and sport activities. By knowing the right food to fuel his body, we could pick foods that lasted longer. This has allowed him to stay active and involved without making him sick. Lindsey was great to work with. She took the time to ask my son the questions and really get to know his activities. We loved the flexibility of working from our home and our whole family being able to engage in the session. I highly recommend her and am thankful we had the opportunity to work with her.
