I first contacted Lindsey because I’d hit a weight loss plateau. I was exercising every day, eating healthy (or so I thought!) and counting calories, but the scale wasn’t budging. Even more frustrating, I have medical issues which complicated things. Lindsey immediately pin-pointed deficiencies in my diet and provided invaluable nutritional advice. She showed me how to maximize my exercise benefits through proper nutrition before and after working out. She also challenged my thinking about what healthful eating looks like! She provided me with advice I still put into practice every day. Even better, my husband has seen the strides I’ve made and is following the same advice! I am so grateful for Lindsey’s help. No doubt I’d still be on the hamster wheel of dysfunctional dieting (or given up altogether) if it weren’t for Lindsey. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Lindsey, you permanently changed how I think about food! I had no idea how poor my dietary choices were until we started working together. I now gear my meal planning towards the most healthful choices instead of just “dieting.” 🙂
