The main symptoms I was suffering from were bloating, stomach cramps, and endometriosis pain. Knowing how and why certain foods affects my body has been so helpful! Realizing that there WAS an issue and that it wasn’t just in my mind allowed for space to heal. Having Lindsey’s guidance was key, though. I’ve tried other methods on my own and just got frustrated and failed. Having an expert was so important! I’m so thankful for Lindsey and her guidance!
